QWERTY Investment is an investment company focused on high-standard residential projects. We work with a small number of units, a deliberately chosen location and architecture that holds its value over time.
THE Z RESIDENCE is the current project: four private residences in Zdanec, on the western slopes of Vodno. A luxury neighbourhood. Height above the city. A complete smart home in every unit.
We are not looking for density. We are looking for precision — in the place, in the material, in the systems that are built in before the key is handed over.

It begins with a conversation. Then a viewing of the residences at Prosek no. 2. Then a choice — Garden, Residence I, Residence II or Penthouse. Finally, an agreement with clear terms and the same care with which the building was made.
